What We Do

  • Through its investment in EQM Midstream Partners, LP (EQM), Equitrans Midstream provides midstream services to EQT Corporation and multiple third-parties in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio through its three primary assets: the gathering system, the transmission and storage system, and its water services assets. Equitrans Midstream Corporation is the third largest natural gas gatherer in the United States. Equitrans Midstream’s infrastructure is strategically positioned to debottleneck the Appalachian Basin, optimizing delivery of this crucial resource to meet the nation’s demand for clean energy, while prioritizing a commitment to safety and enriching the communities where its employees live and work.

Commitment to Safety

  • At Equitrans Midstream, we are dedicated to personal and operational safety and committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees. We prioritize a culture of safety by recognizing excellence in safety performance while vigorously addressing opportunities for improvement. In addition to meeting or exceeding all applicable laws and regulations, the Company has developed detailed procedures for the safe use of Company equipment and provides extensive training to employees and contractors regarding best practices to ensure that their work environment remains safe for themselves, their co-workers, and the community.

Community

  • Equitrans Midstream is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. This means we consider the social, economic, and environmental impacts of our operations. That’s why we work in partnership with local communities, develop relationships with local officials, and practice environmental protection and sustainability. Social responsibility is a vital asset in the regions where we operate. We believe that this commitment helps provide us with a social license to operate, so we work hard to integrate it into all aspects of our business. We also believe wholeheartedly in giving back to the communities where we work and provide substantial support to local nonprofit and charitable organizations that work hard to improve the quality of life for those living in the area. And when landowner concerns arise, Equitrans Midstream works diligently to address them, while simultaneously adhering to the rules and restrictions of numerous governing agencies.
