ASPIRE program when necessary. We use information collected from mentoring
applications to determine compliance with mentorship guidelines (including
but not limited to background checks and Act 34 clearance). We use information
disclosed in scholarship applications in connection with the operation of
the ASPIRE Scholarship Program (additional information may be required as
set forth in a particular application).

placing a file or identifying "marker" on a user's computer
for identification and personalization purposes. Our site may use cookies
to keep track of your identity when you use our site. Our cookies do not
have the capability of "stealing" information from your hard
